Welcome to Suffolk Kite Flyers
Live in East Anglia? Interested in kites? Then this is the club for you!
The Suffolk Kite Flyers was established in 1993 by a small band of kite enthusiasts and currently have over 80 members interested in all aspects of kiting.
We hold regular flying meetings, have workshops, talks and participate in displays at local fetes etc, publish a quarterly newsletter and stage what has become a fantastic International Kite Festival in May at Rougham Airfield near Bury St Edmunds.
Third party club insurance covers all members at club events, with flying meetings held at Rougham Airfield most Sundays, also Needham Lake and Barking Tye are two other venues where we hold regular flying meetings.
Members also benefit from reduced membership to The Kite Society of Great Britain and up to 10% discount at Kiteworld.
